• 4 – To furnish a current FICO credit report and FICO score as part of the application process. Only one report is needed; please don’t choose the 3-report option. Download your credit report and FICO score at www.myfico.com (see directions below). The full report is required, not just the first page. Credit reports and credit scores from other websites will not be accepted.

• 5 – To allow Landlord, or agent for Landlord, to contact past and present landlords, employers, creditors, credit bureaus, neighbors, and any other sources deemed necessary to investigate applicant

• 6 – Applications submitted without all the above supporting documentation and application fee will not be accepted. Landlord, or agent for Landlord, reserves the right to disqualify tenant if information is not as represented. • Go to www.MyFICO.com and create account
• Confirm / place order (there will be no charge)
• Answer security questions
• Go to Member Center (FICO score will shown)
• At top of screen select “Reports”
• Select/highlight “FICO Score 1B report”
• Select “Credit data”
• Once in report, go to printer icon and select “Print”, then select “Microsoft Print to PDF” under printer options/destination and click “Print”.
• Save document as a PDF to your desktop, and upload this with your application (or email to me separately, if you have already submitted an application.

If you have difficulty accessing, printing, or saving your MY FICO report, please contact My FICO directly.

You can always go back and view your report anytime by returning to www.myfico.com and entering your log-in information.
