• 4 – To furnish a current FICO credit report and FICO score as part of the application process. Only one report is needed; please don’t choose the 3-report option. Download your credit report and FICO score at www.myfico.com (see directions below). The full report is required, not just the first page. Credit reports and credit scores from other websites will not be accepted.

• 5 – To allow Landlord, or agent for Landlord, to contact past and present landlords, employers, creditors, credit bureaus, neighbors, and any other sources deemed necessary to investigate applicant

• 6 – Applications submitted without all the above supporting documentation and application fee will not be accepted. All information is true, accurate, and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge. Landlord, or agent for Landlord, reserves the right to disqualify tenant if information is not as represented. Providing false or misleading information on this Rental Application shall be grounds for disqualification.

Directions for MYFICO.COM (Please note that MYFICO.com may change how their website works at any time, and these directions may differ slightly from your actual experience):

• Go to www.myfico.com
• Select the “Pricing” tab at the top of the page
• Under the heading “Choose a Plan” select “one-time reports”
• Under “1 bureau credit report” select “Experian” when given choice of Experian, TransUnion, or Equifax, then select “Buy Report”
• Create your MyFICO account, and follow instructions from there
• Pay for one-time credit report – cost is $19.95
• Once credit report has been generated, go to myfico.com, to the “Reports” tab, click on report, and save as a PDF document. Email report as PDF to: info@rentalsofthekennebunks.com
• Please review your credit report for accuracy
